Get in touch for inquiries or support regarding becoming an approved training centre.

Step 2: Initial Contact and Application Pack Issuance

A dedicated member of our Quality Assurance Team will contact you to:

• Confirm receipt of your interest,

• Provide you with the official Centre Approval Application Pack, and

• Answer any initial questions or clarifications regarding the approval requirements or process.

Step 3: Submission of Application and Payment

Complete the Centre Approval Application Form in full and submit all required supporting documentation. These may include:

• Organisational chart,

• Trainer qualifications,

• Facility evidence,

• Policies and procedures, etc.

At this stage, the Centre Approval Fee becomes payable. Full fee details can be found on our page or outlined in the application pack.

Step 4: Application Review and Next Steps

Once your completed application and supporting documents are received:

You will either:

1. Be contacted for further clarification or additional documentation, which we will review before proceeding,
   or

2. Be scheduled for an Approval Visit, during which a member of our team will:

   • Review your physical or virtual training environment,

   • Assess your internal quality assurance practices, and

   • Validate that all centre approval criteria are met.

In cases where a physical site visit is impractical, we may grant provisional approval, pending an on-site inspection when your first learner registrations are processed.

We aim to review and respond to your application within two (2) weeks of submission. The review outcomes may be one of the following:

• ✅ Approval Granted – Your centre fully meets the criteria.

• ⚠️ Conditional Approval – An action plan will be provided and must be completed before full approval.

• ❌ Approval Denied – Specific reasons will be communicated with guidance for reapplication.

Step 5: Formal Approval and Centre Agreement

If your application is successful:

• You will receive our Centre Agreement, which must be signed by an authorised signatory from your organisation.

• Upon receipt of the signed agreement, we will issue your Official Centre Approval Certificate and formal confirmation of your status as a London Risk Training Centre UK Approved Training Centre.

Ongoing Support and Commitment

As an Approved Training Centre, you will benefit from:

• Access to our full suite training programmes,

• Ongoing quality assurance support,

• Marketing and branding permissions, and

• Regular updates on standards, curriculum changes, and compliance.
